Lowry Town Center Redevelopment plan

The Lowry Town Center redevelopment plan was first conceived by the Lowry Redevelopment Authority (LRA) in 1994. This 50 acre parcel is the heart of the 1,800 acre Lowry Community. The original concept for the Town Center was an employment campus as shown by the 1994 plan. James Hartman was an integral part of the National Properties team that first proposed a new, mixed-use concept for the Town Center as shown by the 1997 plan. The LRA has used this mixed-use concept to guide the development of all projects within the Town Center since 1997. The 2006 plan shows the current layout and all James Hartman’s work in the Town Center area.
